On average, Alyeska receives more than sixteen meters of snow each season. The hike-to terrain is awe-inspiring and, from February onwards, CPG operate daily heli-skiing departures for chutes and bowls in the Chugach Mountains.

Northern Lights sightings are common in winter and, come springtime, Alyeska sees up to 14 hours of sun each day. Undoubtedly a resort for advanced skiers, the inbound steeps include North America’s longest double black diamond.

The Sitzmark bar is the best place for après drinks with the locals. To experience more of their region, we recommend book a dog sledding or snowmobile trip across the Alaskan wilderness.

"Alaska - the last frontier of the snowsports world. If it isn't already on your bucket list, it should be. Epic powder, unrivalled heli-skiing, the Northern Lights, plus the unique beauty of the Alaskan wilderness. It's the trip of a lifetime."
