Ski/boarding history

I’ve been skiing for as long as I can remember. I used to go with school when I was younger, but once I was old enough my family have been going skiing together almost every year!

Best mountain moment

I’ll never forget going on the Aiguille Rouge Zipline in Les Arcs, travelling at speeds of up to 130 km/h going down 1.8km of mountain!

Favourite ski safari

I haven't been lucky enough to go on an official ski safari yet, but growing up I was always told of the amazing slopes that Canada has to offer so I would love to explore Whistler!

Last resorts visited

I recently went to Beitostølen and Geilo in December 2024. This was my first time skiing (and visiting!) Norway and I was blown away! Empty slopes, early-season powder, the tastiest food you can imagine and a welcoming atmosphere - it was somehow even better than described.

Next trip

I'm heading to Norway again in March to explore Gausta and Norefjell. I can't wait to try out some more Scandinavian slopes!

Interesting fact

Ski Safari opened my eyes to skiing in places beyond the Alps. I'm now a Norway convert, and I'll be bringing my family along on my next trip to convert them too!

Top ski trip recommendation

Don’t be scared to fall over, embrace the tumbles and learn from them - it’ll massively improve your skiing!

Three words sum up our latest snow report: powder, powder and powder! Conditions across all of our destinations look incredible as we reach the mid-way point of the season, with more snow in the forecast.

I’ve been skiing in the Alps with my family most of my life, but in December 2024 I had my first taste of skiing in Norway. I was blown away by what the country had to offer, and now I’ve tried it, I’m not sure I’ll ever return to the Alps!
