We will provide your personal information, as well as any personal information you provide in relation to the persons whose travel arrangements have been requested by you, to suppliers and carriers that might be located outside the UK and/or EU, to enable the operation of the services requested by you. In particular, if you have booked flights with us, the email and telephone contact details for the lead passenger will be shared with your airline(s) so that they may contact you in the event of flight cancellation or schedule changes (including delay in departure). Your details will not be used by the airline(s) for any other purpose. If you do not wish us to share your details with the airline(s) please let us know – you may not then receive information from the airline relating to operational disruption. If you make special requests, which include, but are not limited to, special dietary, religious, or disability related requirements which constitute sensitive information, the relevant data will also be passed to the relevant suppliers and carriers to enable provision of the services requested by you.
