FAQs
All you need to know about ordering your passes
Your pass can be collected from the first resort you visit that accepts the Ikon Pass.
We will email you a Ski Safari voucher, containing your pass number(s), which you will need when you collect your pass.
To ensure it can be fulfilled smoothly, you must complete the Mountain Checklist by creating an online profile to upload your pass photos and sign any applicable waivers. We recommend doing this several days before you plan to collect to avoid delays, as some resorts will require you to reserve your ski days.
At some resorts, pass holders must reserve lift access in advance, so the Mountain Checklist must be completed before arrival. This will include uploading your pass photos and signing any waivers.
Resorts requiring lift reservations include:
- Aspen Snowmass
- Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
- Windham Mountain Club
- The Summit at Snoqualmie
- Loon Mountain
- Big Sky Resort
Your Ikon Base Pass is valid for as many trips as you choose during that season. Many skiers love having one pass for several resorts in the same region, and then using that same pass in other countries too.
